Sleepover Party

We had a little sleepover in Long Beach with the three cousins. Here is how it went. We went to Gino's for pizza with the kids. Lyla doesn't want pizza. Lyla wants macaroni. We order a side of pasta. Lyla doesn't want to wait. Lyla cries. The pasta shows up -- ziti. Lyla doesn't want ziti. Lyla wants "strings" (spaghetti). Lyla does not eat dinner. We go to get ice cream at the new ice cream shop. Lyla wants vanilla. Lyla gets vanilla but then sees that I have chocolate. Lyla wants chocolate. Lyla wants to sit in her own chair. Lyla sees Christopher sitting with Grandma. Lyla must sit with Grandma.



We get home and decide to watch a movie. Everyone agrees on Rango. We start Rango. Lyla wants to watch Dora. Lyla and Nicolas watch Rango quietly. Christopher climbs on the bed and starts jumping. Lyla pushes Christopher. Christopher falls off the bed head-first, saved only by my grabbing his collar at the last second before his skull hits the floor. Christopher cries because he is petrified. Lyla cries because I yell at her and tell her not to push. Nicolas cries because at that moment he decides he misses his mom and dad. Ten minutes later, everyone is asleep. The end.
